Too brilliant to hear a fact

African National Congress (ANC), Hillary Clinton, Obama, South Africa, United States Congress

I have been hoping and praying that the US State department will at some point start putting pressure on the ANC government of South Africa to (i) cease its threatening and harrassment of white people and to (ii) stamp out corruption. However, under Obama, there is no hope of that.

This brings us to the present looming election in the United States and the hope of  a new US president taking the above actions against the ANC. This assumes that a new president will not be corrupt to start with and will respect the rule of law. I happened to be watching Fox News the other day and caught this little gem by Xavier Becerra, House Representative of the Democratic Party and senior House Hispanic Caucus member. He was defending Hillary Clinton in her bid for the White House and clearly was not going to be bothered by a little thing like logic or fact.

The background is the e-mail security issue around Hillary Clinton, who brazenly broke the law by putting top secret State Department information on her hackable private server. To understand just how extensive the problem was, read THIS well presented blogpost by DC Rutledge, who walks the reader through the announcement made by FBI Chief James Comey. Earlier, the whole world heard Comey say in almost so many words, “She’s guilty as all sin and therefore (!!!?) we are not prosecuting her“.

featured_hillary2

Chris Wallace of Fox News raises the e-mail issue with Becerra in THIS CLIP. He points Becerra to Comey’s own statement that clarifies that IT DOES NOT MATTER whether a document is marked “Secret”. If the information on it is secret, then the document is secret, marked or not marked. PERIOD! Actually, no one who has handled classified information in any advanced country has unclarity in this matter. In fact, Wallace plays the clip of Comey explaining this.

Listen to Becerra’s answer. What comes out of Becerra’s mouth was too much for this author.

I’m absolutely incredulous. First of all, Comey announces that, basically, no matter that Clinton is guilty as sin, she will not be prosecuted like everyone else, including Edward Snowden and Chelsey Manning. One has fled to Russia and the other is in jail. Then comes Becerra and negates the rules that Comey himself states clearly, and he does so within seconds of hearing Comey’s words. What an absolutely vivid demonstration that liberal people are deaf to fact, even when stated in words of one syllable by the head of the FBI. Incredible!

All of this tells me that we can forget about any pressure on the criminal infested ANC government of South Africa if Hillary Clinton should win the White House.

It also proves to me that none of these people have any clue what the security interests of their country are. If they do, then they certainly do not care about it.

Dear George, think bigger!

African National Congress (ANC), Clooney, Corruption, Jacob Zuma, War in Africa

featured_clooneypendergastGeorge Cloony and John Pendergast have created The Sentry, an organization to dismantle the financing of Africa’s deadliest conflicts. At this time they are doing their best to draw attention to the corruption in South Sudan which is used to finance the fighting in that pretend-country.

The situation there is one that we from Africa have seen to the degree that the story is stale beyond words. George seems not to comprehend that corruption is an integral part of traditional indigenous African society. He brings “White Man Thinking” to the table. It is simply not “Plug and Play” in the system that is Africa.

The indigenous Black African population of the continent numbers around 1 Billion. No one is going to change the way they think after thousands of years of doing things the way they do them. To George and myself it is corruption. To the 1 Billion Africans it is the way life is conducted and they don’t want a “Stupid Evil Colonialist White Man” to tell them any differently, no matter how right (or famous) he is.

If he really wishes to tackle this matter, he would start with the single greatest corruption racket on the planet at this time where there still IS a modicum of Western infrastructure. He could just read the newspapers from South Africa and then send his ex-FBI investigators there. He’ll find very big targets like maggots on a carcass in that country, and, if he could draw attention to THAT disaster, he would be saving one of the major countries of the planet. This would have greater impact than focusing on an irrelevant backwater, whose next-door neighbour (The Central African Republic) was previously run by a reported cannibal, Jean-Bédel Bokassa (go ahead, read it), who named himself Emperor and sat on a gold-plated throne (below). He stole his country dry and fed his opposition to the palace crocodiles. The South Sudan is no different. This stuff comes with the territory.

featured_bokassa

In the interview with Foxnews (see trailer), which aired today, George rightly says that these people cannot be shamed, but they can be cut off from the money system of the world, which they abuse to squirrel away the stolen riches. But, instead of fiddling around in the backward South Sudan, he should target the corrupt heap that would produce the biggest bang for the buck, so to speak: Jacobs Zuma (below) and his ANC Party in South Africa.

Zuma_Marriage_Dance

Zuma has already said that the ANC has squirreled away enough money to keep themselves in power “until Jesus comes back”.

SO, in a nutshell, THINK BIGGER, George! You can do it!

And there you have it! – Mandela’s Plan.

African National Congress (ANC), Jacob Zuma, Nelson Mandela, Obama, South African Communist Party

In the Western World, Rolihlahla Mandela, more commonly known as  “Nelson”,  is held up as some sort of saintly creature to be admired as a “Man of Peace”. This image developed largely because he sat in jail  for 26 years, the last part of it in fact with a white cook and swimming pool. Without dwelling on why he sat in jail for close on 200 bombings in South Africa up to 1964, it is safe to say that the West has been wholly misled. Only on the night of his death did they finally hear from the mouth of the South African Communist Party itself that he had been a central member of their leadership.

The South African Communist Party is one of the very earliest ever created. It was founded in 1921, based on the existing International Socialist League of South Africa (which dated from 1915), along with the Communist Party (of the Cape Province), the local Poalei-Zion, the Jewish Socialist Party, the Marxian Club, and some individuals. Its leadership was dominated by Latvian and Lithuanian Communists and Far Left British members, an influence that remains to this day. It was a “Foreigner’s Ideas Club” at inception.

Mandela began “hanging out” with Communists like Joe Slovo during WWII. By 1947 he had finished serving his articles as a lawyer and became an executive of the African National Congress party in the Transvaal Province, where Johannesburg was situated. All this may be read in detail in AmaBhulu.

The West just cannot bring itself to accept that it has been comprehensively misled. It considers itself way “too highly educated”, “too well-informed”, “too wise”, even “too fundamentally intelligent” to have been fooled. It has not yet learnt that it is exactly highly trained people who are the easy marks of con artists; this for exactly the reason that they believe they cannot be fooled. It is called “arrogance”, and the West has it in ample supply, most particularly its liberal so-called intelligentsia, including the Clinton and Obama Administrations. George Bush senior was never fooled, but his son lost the plot and took Mandela’s ANC party off the US Terrorist Organization List where his own father had correctly put them.

featured_zuma2

And now, thanks to Jacob Zuma (above), the hapless, incompetent, and wholly corrupt leader of South Africa, we learn that the disaster that is now South Africa was exactly and precisely Mandela’s Plan. But why write prose here if all we have to do is take Zuma at his word, spoken with such dedication and conviction in an interview with China’s CCTV. Says the intrepid Zuma of his African National Congress (ANC) party,

So we are the organisation of Mandela. We are using the lessons from Mandela to run the organisation, to run the country. So we think of Mandela as our leader who gave to us the lessons within the ANC framework and we stick to them and we will follow what Mandela did and following that will never go wrong.

And there you have it! From the mouths of babes…. or complete imbeciles, as the case may be. So says the man who ran South Africa from the biggest economy in Africa to third place and dropping, from a solid financial position to having its credit rating flirt with junk status, from a world leading country to an African Basket Case. The country is now the international poster boy of Government Corruption. It has already proved to be too much for some.

So THIS is what Mandela wanted? Really, Mr Zuma?

Thanks for warning us all 22 years too late! You and FW de Klerk should go camp together and do some bonding around a campfire. It seems both of you take just on a quarter century to “figure things out” that normal people consider obvious.

The interviewer clearly was not fooled. Note her follow-up question to the above segment.

Alas, Zuma cannot even fool a Communist on economics.

Uncivil War in South Africa

African National Congress (ANC), Donald Trump, Jacob Zuma, Obama, South Africa

The Economist of 3 September 2016 is running an article under the title “Uncivil War“. It would seem the news magazine is starting to show some nominal insight into the country and the nature of the ANC government pretending to run it. It correctly states that South Africa is a country where “corruption has become endemic” and  that the ANC under Jacob Zuma (below) is a party that “relies on patronage for support“. Both comments qualify as understatements of the century.

featured_zuma

What The Economist does not yet quite comprehend, is that the ANC is not there to govern the country. It is there to rape it and steal what it can from as many as it can; all this under the pretense that it is somehow the “liberator” of the “masses”. What has in reality happened, is that the ANC has been “liberating” taxpayers’ money before it can be given to the masses who would like to have it. The actual taxpayers worth mentioning form a rather small percentage of the population, including the majority of white people.

All this was initially acceptable to its voting base consisting almost totally of black South Africans. And so, this ball of corruption, graft, patronage, and larceny kept rolling and gathering “moss” as it was rolling. Given a continent on which a leader is morally and culturally expected to be corrupt and is often considered an idiot if he is not corrupt, the ANC could not lose. All they had to do was to blame white people for all the woes of black people and their sheep would follow. And blame the whites they certainly did…. with gusto. And all the time the Western media mindlessly chirped along in agreement.

In 2007 Martin Meredith published Mandela’s biography, in which he aptly summarised the situation at that time as follows,

ANC leaders treated the public sector, in effect, as a spoils system. They set up a secret network of front companies, called Chancellor House Group, to acquire state contracts in order to channel funds back to the party. By 2007, the party’s investments had risen to 1.75 billion rands, much of it funded through such practices. The objective was to ensure that the ANC elite had the means to entrench themselves in power forever or, as Jacob Zuma put it memorably, ‘until Jesus comes back’.

All this went just fine, until black people started noticing that they were not really getting rich in the process.  In fact, with the exception of those in the inner circle of the ANC, black South Africans were starting to find they were demonstrably worse off economically than “under Apartheid“.

While one swallow maketh not a summer, one could see hints of this awareness as far back as 2007 and 2008. In THIS clip from that era, a BBC reporter is desperately trying to convince a black South African man of what he is supposed to say on the basis of the usual rigid liberal doctrine. The man, however, was having none of it, and preferred to answer honestly.

The winners have been the so-called amaBenzi (people of the Mercedes Benzes) and black “tenderpreneurs” exploiting the ANC’s anti-white Black Economic Empowerment Laws. It started to become clear to the ordinary black South African why endless hordes of black people always tried to cross the borders of the “old South Africa” to flee “into apartheid”. The borders were never geared towards keeping people in, but toward keeping people out. A perfunctory visit to the sisal barriers on the banks of the Limpopo river near Beit Bridge and to the electric fence on the Mozambique border will confirm this.

At first, starting around 2008, the “liberated” black population turned on immigrant blacks, attacking them physically and burning them alive. It looked, sounded, and smelled remarkably like South Africa in 1986-1988 at the height of the civil unrest. At the time, the whole world demanded the blood of the South African government of the day. But the West that screamed in outrage in 1988 basically just stared stupidly at the horror below in 2008. Perhaps something in their conscience started telling them they had the story wrong all along.

Instead of recognizing the ANC for what it was, the majority black population of the country voted for the ANC in the next election and made Jacob Zuma the president of the country. They certainly got what they voted for.

By 2012 all we now know was already abundantly clear. However, when black South Africans had an opportunity to get rid of the ANC as government in 2014, they elected not to use that opportunity. They returned this larcenous lot to power, and the wheel of graft, corruption, and thinly veiled theft continued to roll. However, with 20% of whites having left the country and the economy seriously damaged, the numbers were not working anymore. Ordinary Black South Africans were not really benefiting anymore from the ANC tearing at what remained of the carcass of Western Civilization and its institutions in South Africa. Borrowing a term from Martin Meredith, the “spoils” were getting depleted.

And so we find ourselves in 2016, after local elections in which the ANC lost its controlling majorities in all the biggest cities in the east of South Africa with the exception of president Zuma’s Zulu-dominated Natal. In that province, Durban remained in ANC hands. The ANC lost Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Port Elizabeth. Of the country’s large cities, only Bloemfontein is still in its hands; Cape Town has never been under its control. That city is demographically dominated by thinking Coloured people, South Africa’s rather unique group of people of Non-Black mixed descent. The ANC’s share of the national vote dropped from 60-70% down to 54%. It would seem black South Africans have finally woken up. Perhaps, with some luck, they have finally realized that hating white people at the behest of the ANC, yelling “Kill the whites” and blaming apartheid for everything short of Global Warming is not making them rich.

The country’s president has managed to date to survive a charge of rape and has squirreled out from under charges on no fewer than 783 counts of corruption, fraud, money-laundering and tax-evasion. All those who have benefited from the “rolling wheel” described above are rushing to his side to protect their own skins and gravy. That is how it works in Africa. The ANC even voted to shut down the South African FBI when the latter found too many ANC Members of Parliament to be involved in criminal activities.

featured_gordhan

The man who has become the central figure in the fight against the institutionalized corruption of the ANC appears to be Pravin Gordhan, Minister of Finance, better known as “Flash” Gordhan. In this respect, it is good to see the robust sense of humour of South Africans is still intact. When even the South African Communist Party turns against Zuma, matters are getting interesting in the extreme.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to see how the polygamous Africanist Zuma,  given his savage tribal view of life and society, will give up his hold on power without bloodshed or serious destruction of the civil systems of the country.

And so we watch as a country that once had a highly developed economy that was by far the biggest in Africa and one of the strongest on Earth lurches closer to a cliff under a government that would be hard put to manage an elementary school. In the process, South Africa, which has now slipped further to being only the third largest economy in Africa, its credit rating courting junk status, is looking ever more like a classic African Basket Case.

Obama-Zuma

Americans had better watch closely. This is the future they have been courting for the past 8 years under an Obama Administration that is infatuated with the ANC. The two leaders pose together for the “Zubama” photo above. Perhaps the rise of Donald Trump suggests Americans have sensed the impending doom.
